  • Ingredients.
    • Start off by washing the cauliflower to remove all dirt. Cut it into small chunks and then mix with the breadcrumbs in a blender, until you’ve got a coarse mixture. Set aside to rest.
    • Tip: Salt the cauliflowers slightly, it helps to extract excess water.
    • Now take the cauliflower mixture and fold it into a kitchen cloth, pressing out all the water until the mixture is dry. Season with salt, pepper and curry powder.
    • Next form inch thick, round patties using your hands – they should be roughly the size of your palm. Heat half-an-inch of vegetable oil in a frying pan, on medium heat. Fry the patties until golden brown on each side – or if you have a barbecue, put them on the grill!
    • Once cooked, your cauliflower patties are ready to be made into a tasty burger. Add a bun, toppings and condiments of your choice.
