The main difference is the location: Padang is a trendy place, a bit touristic (but not as busy and crazy as Kuta) it has some cafés around and some nightlife. Green Bowl, however, consider it as your own personal retreat: it’s very peaceful, in the middle of nature, very exotic and relaxing. They are just 25min away from each other with the car.
In terms of surfing, there is not really much difference because both surf camps always surf on the same spots. Our camp managers check the spot with the best surfing conditions for the day and they take both surf camps there!
