Rapture Eco Surfcamp is located in Vila Nova de Milfontes – Odemira, a small fishing village at the mouth of the River Mira. Our eco surfcamp is situated right at the heart of the National Park of Southwest Alentejo and Vicentina Coast.
Our Eco Surfcamp is on a small farm, on the seaside of the town only minutes away from the fishing port and 15 minutes walking from the city centre. While also following the principles of permaculture and an Eco-friendly way of living off the land, we aim to connect people to the land and healthy sports activities. The surf camp is located on the “Rota Vicentina”, a famous walking and cycling program with different trails, perfect for hiking lovers.
During your stay you can learn more sustainable practices, surfing, helping in the organic garden, enjoy local activities (SUP, horse riding, coast walks) or simply enjoy the tranquillity of the Alentejo way of life. Also, we also can offer Portuguese cooking workshops (for a small fee). This camp is being created to invite you to explore another beautiful and more hidden part of Portugal.
