  • A healthy superbowl food with coconut oats and berries
  • Instructions.
  • Ingredients.
    • Cut and peel dragon fruit and banana and place in a blender and then freeze it over night.
    • Take the frozen fruit mix and blend it together with coconut milk.
    • Put the mix in a bowl.
    • Top with sliced banana, papaya and pineapple and add granola with chia seeds.
    • Red Dragon Fruit 900g
    • Banana sliced 600g
    • Papaya sliced 400g
    • Black Chia seeds 30g
    • Pineapple sliced 1/2
    • Granola 100g
    • Coconut milk 200ml
