  • Instructions.
  • Ingredients.
    • Grab a large bowl and add the flour & salt, mixing together.
    • Next, make a well in the middle of the flour and add the eggs & milk. Whisk the mixture together until it forms a light batter.
    • Heat a pan on a medium-high heat and add a knob of butter – tip: when the pan is hot enough, the butter will start to foam.
    • Use a large spoon to add enough mixture to cover the bottom of the pan thinly. Fry until golden brown on the both sides (flip once).
    • Serve two pancakes per person with fresh sliced banana, honey, coconut flakes and lime (optional).
