Thai-Mango Salad

A healthy dish consisted of mango and vegetable salad
  • Instructions.
  • Ingredients.
    1. Peel mangoes, then cut away chunks of fruit from pits then, cut into cubes together with red peppers and cucumber.
    2. For red cabbage and pepper use the julenne cut. Add beansprouts and place everything into bowl.
    3. Prepare peanut sauce from rice vinegar, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil,peanut butter, water and lime.
    4. Add sauce to the bowl with pinch of salt and toss until mixed.
    5. Grill cubes of tofu and arrange as skewer.
    6. Place the tofu skewer on top of the vegetables.
    7. Sprinkle with roasted peanuts and chopped corriander

    • Beansprouts 150g
    • Red pepper 150g
    • Cucumber diced 100g
    • Carrots 150g
    • Coriander 40g
    • Rice vinegar 120ml
    • Peanut butter 80g
    • Soy sauce 40ml
    • Honey 30ml
    • Sesame oil 20ml
    • Water 30ml
    • Lime 1
    • Peanut 30g
