Two grilled mackerels in a black stone board

With Spanish Sauce

This is a very cheap and easy recipe to make: Carapaus with Spanish Sauce.

Make use of the BBQ we have at our Villa and grill the best mackerel fish from the salty waters of Portugal! Although the fish is the star of the dish, do not forget to add the Spanish sauce on top of your meal to make it even more tasteful!
We recommend you go to the fish market to get the catch of the day!

Carapace with Spanish Sauce is the perfect option for a quick lunch after a morning of surfing!
