Overnight Oats

Coco-nutty Overnight oats are the best option to eat in the morning, if you are one of those persons who struggle with Breakfast. Perfectly balanced and complete, this breakfast should be prepared in the night before. Also, it should be chilling in the fridge overnight, from 8 to 10 hours. A simple grab & go recipe to make your morning routine easier. Remember, this recipe requires no cooking: just mix the ingredients!

  • Instructions.
  • Ingredients.
  • Mix:
    • 2 cups of rolled oats
    • 1 Tbs chia seeds
    • 1 tbs coconut sirup
    • 3 dates cut very small
    • 1,5 cups of coconut milk (or cream)
    Needs to be quiet liquid. If not liquid enough ad some water. Fill in glass jar and put in the fridge over night.
    To serve add some granola and fresh fruits on top.
    • Rolled Oats 2 cups
    • Chia Seeds 1 Tbs
    • Coconut Sirup  1 Tbs
    • Dates 3
    • Coconut Milk or Cream 1,5 cups
