Rapturecamps Nicaragua Chicken Burguer recipe
  • Instructions.
  • Ingredients.
    • Start by preparing the potato wedges. Preheat your oven to 200°C.
    • Take a pot and fill with salted water, bringing to the boil. Scrub the potatoes clean, remove all dirt and cut them into chunky wedges.
    • Add them to the boiling water and parboil for 8 minutes. Once done, drain and leave to steam-dry for a couple of minutes. Transfer the wedges to a roasting tray, drizzle them with olive oil & season with salt and pepper.
    • Toss together, so all the wedges are coated with oil & then spread them out in one layer. Now put them in the oven for 30 minutes until golden, crisp and cooked through.
    • In the meantime, season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper and chopped garlic. Then heat a large frying pan on high and cook the chicken for 5 minutes on each side or until firm.
    • Cut the tomatoes and onions into slices. Halve the buns and toast them on the cut side. After that, assemble the burger using chicken, toppings and sauce of your choice.
    • Serve together with potato wedges and enjoy!
