Start by preparing the potato wedges. Preheat your oven to 200°C.
Take a pot and fill with salted water, bringing to the boil. Scrub the potatoes clean, remove all dirt and cut them into chunky wedges.
Add them to the boiling water and parboil for 8 minutes. Once done, drain and leave to steam-dry for a couple of minutes. Transfer the wedges to a roasting tray, drizzle them with olive oil & season with salt and pepper.
Toss together, so all the wedges are coated with oil & then spread them out in one layer. Now put them in the oven for 30 minutes until golden, crisp and cooked through.
In the meantime, season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper and chopped garlic. Then heat a large frying pan on high and cook the chicken for 5 minutes on each side or until firm.
Cut the tomatoes and onions into slices. Halve the buns and toast them on the cut side. After that, assemble the burger using chicken, toppings and sauce of your choice.
