Nicaraguan cuisine is a real mix of indigenous, Spanish and Creole influences. Also, there are many dishes and preparation styles that you can’t find anywhere else in the world. You’ll have the chance to taste local specialities like chicharrons (crispy fried pork skin), delicious marinated meats combined with a fresh curtido salad finished with tajada chips and a refreshing fresco (juice). We get inspiration by this vibrant local cuisine at the camp. When visiting the surfcamp you’ll be amazed by the mouth-watering dishes we create daily.
We love food almost as much as we love surfing and we offer international recipes as well as local specialities at our camp. Daily breakfast and dinner from Sun-Thu come included in the room rate. So you don’t have to worry about going hungry on your surf trip! Moreover, on Friday and Saturday, we have Pizza and BBQ nights which are definitely the highlight of the week! Our menu contains a variety of dishes for meat lovers and vegetarians alike and we can accommodate all diets.
