Good food is

Nicaraguan cuisine is a real mix of indigenous, Spanish and Creole influences. There are many dishes and preparation styles that you can’t find anywhere else in the world. You’ll have the chance to taste local specialties like chicharrons (crispy fried pork skin), delicious marinated meats combined with a fresh curtido salad finished with tajada chips and a refreshing fresco (juice). We get inspired by this vibrant local cuisine at the camp and create mouth-watering dishes every day.
