Make your own Pineapple Ketchup as we do in our surf camp in Playa Avellanas, Costa Rica. Pineapple Ketchup is very easy to make and you will be done in no time. Use ingredients available at the store and have a tropical condiment in your fridge. Impress your friends and introduce them to a new, exotic flavour! This delicacy is a trademark of our surf camp in Costa Rica.

Try it at home by following the recipe below. Or visit us at camp in Costa Rica and ask for Pineapple Ketchup with our BBQ night.

This sauce goes well with all types of grilled meat. It’s easy and quick to make, so while barbecuing the meat you can prepare this sauce on the side!
